Sergio’s Routine

 

Sergio is the definition of consistent! He works out at SPENGA 4-5 times a week, always making proper form his priority. This focus not only ensures he gets the most out of each session but also helps minimize the risk of injury. “The variety of workouts keeps me engaged,” Sergio shares. “Each day targets different muscle groups, so I never get bored.” Whether it’s spin, strength, or yoga, Sergio’s commitment to balance and discipline keeps him moving forward.

 

His Success

 

The results of Sergio’s dedication speak for themselves. He’s made significant improvements in both his health and physique.
